Senior UiPath RPA Developer

As an RPA Developer (UiPath) at OTOT, you will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath’s full ecosystem - including Orchestrator and Document Understanding. You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and federal clients to turn manual processes into automated, measurable workflows that deliver immediate value., * Design, build, and deploy production-grade unattended automations using UiPath Studio and REFramework

• Configure Document Understanding (DU) components - including Taxonomy Manager, Data Extraction, Validation, and Classification - to process, extract, and validate structured and unstructured data from large document sets
• Develop and optimize Form Extractor and ML Skill-based classifiers and extractors
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automations in production through UiPath Orchestrator
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept to showcase new approaches and emerging UiPath capabilities
• Explore and implement AI/ML, OCR, and intelligent automation techniques to expand automation maturity
• Demonstrate and train clients on automations and provide operational support as needed
• Help establish automation governance, documentation standards, and code review practices
• Mentor junior developers, review code for quality, and guide them on best practices in REFramework and DU workflows

• A hands-on developer who takes initiative and can work both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving technical environments
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Excited to mentor junior developers and share best practices
• Confident presenting to stakeholders and explaining automation logic and business benefits, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• Active government clearance at Secret level from DoD
• Minimum 4+ years of UiPath development experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding
• Minimum 2+ years of object-oriented programming experience (C#, VB.NET, Java, or Python)
• Demonstrated experience developing multiple production-grade unattended automations with REFramework
• Demonstrated experience building production-grade Document Understanding automations
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, * UiPath Developer Advanced Certification (or higher)
• Familiarity with DoD environments and compliance frameworks
• Ability to document complex technical processes in a clear, concise manner
