Job description

Our client is a Pre-Seed / Seed-stage startup with a strong founding team and notable angel backing. They are hiring a Founding Engineer to ship the first product and shape the engineering culture. Full-time, on-site in Berlin.

Requirements

5+ years building production software, ideally at an early-stage startup
Strong generalist: comfortable across backend, frontend, and infra
High agency and tolerance for ambiguity
Track record of shipping fast without breaking the product long-term
Bonus: prior 0 to 1 product experience as an early engineer
