Job description
We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our data governance tools, Data Products and Enablement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling organizations to manage, protect, and leverage their data assets effectively. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering, data, business, and compliance teams to deliver world-class solutions that address complex data governance challenges., * Data Governance Tooling Product Management
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for data governance tools based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including data stewards, IT teams, compliance officers, and business users.
- Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure data governance solutions.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Data Product Enablement
- Lead team of Data Product Coaches that will coach Business Data Product Managers in live delivery, not classroom theory.
- Establish and mature best practices for the development of Data Products.
- Reinforce product mindset, fail-fast execution, and iterative delivery.
- Guide and mature the application of the Data Product Framework: data contracts, consumer alignment, and reuse patterns .

Unblock delivery decisions in real time, in partnership with Technology and Data .
- Governance
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to iterate and improve features.
- Stay up to date with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ensure product compliance.
- Advocate for data governance best practices internally and externally.
- Develop training materials and support documentation to enable customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with data governance, data management, or enterprise software tools.
- Strong technical background with familiarity in databases, data architectures, cloud platforms, and API integrations.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data cataloging, data lineage, and data quality concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in regulated industries or with compliance-driven products is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Securiti.ai, Anomalo, Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Talend, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Databricks, Oracle, SQL.
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Benefits & conditions
The expected base salary ranges from $165k-$200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
