Enterprise IT Support Engineer

• Deliver high-quality onsite technical support.
• Resolve complex user and workstation issues.
• Configure and deploy corporate devices.
• Manage user access and permissions.
• Support executive users with discretion.

Enterprise Operations

• Maintain office IT infrastructure.
• Monitor network and connectivity.
• Coordinate hardware deployments and replacements.
• Work with global IT teams on daily operations.
• Escalate and track technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards.

Governance & Best Practices

• Follow documented IT procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical records.
• Support security and access control policies.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement.

• Previous experience in enterprise IT support.
• Background supporting large corporate organizations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints and networks.
• Experience with enterprise IT processes and documentation.
• Professional communication and customer service.
• Comfortable working with executives.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in one or more of the following environments are strongly preferred:

• Financial Services
• Banking
• Insurance
• Global Enterprise Organizations, * Do you have experience working in an enterprise IT environment (e.g. banking, financial services, or a large corporate organization)?
• Do you have experience working in an IT environment with documented processes and procedures?

Experience:

• IT support: 3 years (Preferred)
