IT Administrator (Salesforce Experienced)

The IT Administrator will manage and optimize Salesforce, support daily IT operations, and ensure our sales, production, and customer service teams have reliable, effective technology tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment., * Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce for multiple departments

• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automations
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to internal teams
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other business applications
• Support general IT operations including hardware setup, software deployment, and network troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices
• Train and support staff on Salesforce and other technology tools

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, reporting, and security
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications
• Solid IT background (hardware, software, networks, troubleshooting)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
