Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our innovative IT team.   • Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce tools and features such as Process Builder, Flow, Lightning components, and Apex code to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices in solution architecture.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user provisioning, role management, data imports/exports, and regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, integrations with third-party systems (like Pegasystems), and overall platform performance tuning.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and customizations to support ongoing system design improvements.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts while ensuring minimal disruption through meticulous testing and change management procedures., Join us in shaping the future of our CRM capabilities! Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role with extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization tools.
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as AWS, RESTful APIs, or microservices architectures.
  • Familiarity with solution architecture concepts including RAID controller management for storage optimization and system design best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Shell Scripting, or Python for automation purposes; experience with Apex development is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies (such as Scrum) using tools like Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration/deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including virtualization (VMware/ESXi), Kubernetes orchestration, load balancing techniques, firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP management.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux; expertise in system tuning and performance optimization across diverse environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills combined with a service-oriented mindset to provide technical support for complex issues involving Active Directory management, system architecture design, or network security protocols like firewalls and information security standards.
