ERP Systems Administrator

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing technical expertise for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and all interfacing systems. This position coordinates and implements technology in support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and enhances all associated business operational needs of the Seminole Tribe of Florida., The Oracle Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the organization’s business functions and processes and adapting and maintaining well-planned and coherent solutions in the Human Resources (HCM), Procurement (SCM) and Financial (ERP and EPM) areas.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience administering Oracle systems, or other solutions in an enterprise environment, is required. Prior knowledge and experience with Infor Lawson ERP is highly preferred. Knowledge of relational database management systems is required. Prior experience managing and executing enterprise-level technology projects is preferred. Knowledge of SRM and Global HR is a plus.

Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
