This position is ideal for a senior consultant who understands that successful capital projects require more than financial controls-they require effective planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, organizational readiness, and structured change management to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to project leadership by leading enterprise change management initiatives while providing owner-side oversight of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, contractor financial compliance, pay application reviews, change order administration, and project governance.

Working closely with executive leadership, owners, project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and business stakeholders, this individual will ensure projects are financially sound, organizationally prepared, contractually compliant, and successfully implemented from planning through project closeout.
