Global IT Team Lead Purchasing Location Hannover

• Define and manage the IT product portfolio strategy for Purchasing applications, ensuring integration with corporate objectives * Develop and maintain application roadmaps to drive innovation, agility, and operational efficiency * Own the IT product lifecycle: planning, demand management, delivery, and outcome reporting * Foster a BizDevOps culture, managing global teams and promoting agile collaboration * Build and lead high-performing product teams, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement * Allocate resources effectively across initiatives * mentor team members for growth and career development * Act as the central liaison between IT, Purchasing, and business stakeholders to align solutions with purchasing strategies

Do you have experience in Purchasing?, * Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of Purchasing applications within a modern IT architecture
• Expertise in SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or similar purchasing platforms
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based architectures, automation tools, and analytics-driven solutions
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in purchasing processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across IT and business functions
• Understanding of financial planning, accounting, and risk management principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead global IT projects and manage cross-functional teams
• Advanced multi-project management skills with resource alignment and timely delivery
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to inspire and develop teams
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
• Language: Fluent German and English
• Experience with global procurement processes and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with AI-driven procurement tools and advanced analytics
