Job description

  • Lead various international sourcing projects (tenders or face-2-face negotiations) and define the sourcing strategies to obtain best negotiation results and support countries during implementation phase
  • Define and execute cost optimization levers within your portfolio
  • Perform active contract management within your scope
  • Create and maintain the documentation, tools, KPIs, dashboards and reportings related to your sourcing activity
  • Develop your network with your internal customers and actively manage an international portfolio of suppliers
  • Discuss with decision makers in countries to gain deeper understanding of needs
  • Identify and propose scale perimeters to participate to BuyIn’s growth
  • Conduct both internal meetings and external negotiations with suppliers
  • Create and deliver presentations to high-level management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • You are passionate about solving commercial, technological and sustainability challenges with a strategic mindset

  • You are comfortable around high-level management and managing senior leaders and stakeholders
  • You have at least five (5) years of experience in procurement of IT Software in multi delivery models
  • You have a successful track record of complex international negotiations
  • You have a master’s degree.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

You possess in-depth knowledge of procurement processes, practices, and strategies within the IT domain. You are familiar with sourcing methodologies, negotiation technics and supplier relationship management, and have the following skills:

  • Procurement Strategy: expertise in developing sustainable procurement strategies aligned with goals and objectives of your stakeholders
  • Deal Making: great ability to structure and negotiate complex contracts, analyse pricing models, identify cost-saving opportunities and levers to secure favorable terms and conditions and maximize value for the organization
  • Mindset: demonstrate willingness to learn and grow in the procurement field, staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Market Research and Analysis: proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, monitoring supplier capabilities, and identifying potential risks and opportunities in the procurement market
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers, conducting supplier assessments, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contract management: very good knowledge of typical IT contract clauses. Ability to draft, review and negotiate contracts, in tandem with our Legal team, to ensure compliance, mitigate risks and secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization
  • Autonomy and organization: natively autonomous, you have an excellent organization and analytical skills
  • Project Management: experience in managing complex procurement projects, setting project milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, inside and outside the organization, and ensuring timely delivery of procurement objectives
  • Fluency in English. German or French is a plus
