Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer with 3+ years of experience to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of network systems while providing timely incident response and resolution., * Monitor network performance, availability, and alerts using NOC tools

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (L1/L2 support)
  • Escalate critical incidents to appropriate teams when required
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document incidents
  • Manage and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN/LAN connections
  • Ensure uptime and performance of network systems and services
  • Support VPN connectivity and basic network security configurations
  • Work with ISPs/vendors for issue resolution and circuit management
  • Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for network activities
  • Participate in shift rotations and 24/7 support environment

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.)
  • Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill
