SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and support organizational objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, web development, and integration with various enterprise systems. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications that meet diverse business needs., * Develop, customize, and optimize SharePoint sites, portals, and workflows to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and other development tools.
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web services.
• Manage version control using tools such as GitHub or SVN to ensure code integrity.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain system architecture documentation and provide ongoing support for existing SharePoint environments.
• Automate deployment processes utilizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Optimize site performance through best practices in responsive web design, scalability, and UX principles.
• Support migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint Online or on-premises solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies such as Docker containers, AWS cloud services, and DevOps practices to enhance system capabilities.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), TypeScript, and SCSS.
• Solid understanding of back-end development using C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, and Web services such as SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database management systems including SQL Server (Microsoft SQL Server), MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite.
• Experience with system architecture design for web applications emphasizing scalability and security.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub/GitLab for automated deployment and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with containerization platforms such as Docker and cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to develop responsive web designs ensuring optimal user experiences across devices.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
