Key requirements * 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing strongly on Payroll.

• Strong experience in US payroll processing, taxes, and payroll accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, including Elements and Fast Formulas.
• Good understanding of integrations across HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Experience supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and payroll enhancements in Oracle Cloud., The ideal candidate is a techno-functional Oracle Payroll professional who can manage payroll setup, support issues, and work across payroll-related business processes in Oracle Cloud. Candidates with prior Oracle HCM Payroll implementation or enhancement experience will be the best fit.
