- Manage the client’s real property database project schedule, execution and communication and provide oversight of the requirements schedule and deliverables to ensure timely support of the client and customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the technical POCs for each Military Department and lead a monthly stakeholder meeting.
- Responsible for developing, coordination, and tracking requirements and priorities for client’s real property application and communicating status to the client.
- Serve as the Department of War (DoW) Real Property’s primary point of contact with GSA to ensure the timely execution of federal real property profile submission. Update annual requirements and ensure technical development complies with the applicable federal law. Participate in developing and performing analysis to ensure quality control measures are met and help resolve data input technical questions/issues.
- Participate in development of the annual guidance for Military Department real property reporting. Provide quality control support and help resolve technical questions/issues.
- Provide general real property data analysis, develop recommendations for identified customer requirements that impact the real property information model on a continuous basis. Requires collaboration and communication with R&K team as well as all internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer focal point for the client’s real property data analytics integration support system to determine what the customer data report requirements are and then work with the technical team for solution development and implementation.
- Analyze data sets to assist in business insights, collaborate with the real property team to develop policy and decision-making suggestions, and lead the team’s response to the client or customer inquiries.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in real property data through collaborative analysis and research.
Requirements
R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking a real property subject matter expert with at least 5 years of experience at the military department level supporting federal real property programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate depth of knowledge of real property data management, reporting systems, and the ability to analyze and maintain data with a high level of accuracy. This position requires strong communication, collaboration and coordination skills to effectively work as a team member supporting numerous government stakeholders., Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, information management, mathematics, or operations research.
- 5 or more years’ professional experience in DoD Real Property Management and/or Installations (Real Property Asset Accountability, Facility Management, Facility Operations, and Facility Engineering). Highly desirable: 10+ years’ experience in federal real property with most of those years within the DoW.

Experience should include work at a higher echelon/headquarters/command level staff, with more than 4 years’ experience desired.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience with small to medium teams. Including excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills.* Experience in providing requirements for technical systems and collaboration with technical teams is desirable.
- Experience with the Real Property Information Model, Real Property Classification System, and other Real Property Accountable Property Systems of Record (Tririga, iNFADS, HQIIS) is highly desirable.
- Microsoft Office intermediate level proficiency with Word, Excel, Access. Basic proficiency with PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must have ability to run meetings with multiple groups and to write at a higher headquarters / graduate level.
- U.S. citizenship is required and must be eligible for US Secret security clearance.
