Strong handson experience of minimum 10 years with Informatica with 5 year expererince in Intelligent Data Management Cloud IDMC including CDI CAI CDQ Data Governance and Metadata Management Expertise in designing developing and implementing enterprisescale ETLELT solutions using IDMCIICS Strong experience with Snowflake including architecture data modeling SnowSQL virtual warehouses streams tasks dynamic tables data sharing and performance optimization Experience integrating data across cloud and onpremise platforms using IDMC and Snowflake Strong proficiency in SQL development query optimization data transformations and database performance tuning Experience designing scalable batch and realtime data pipelines Deep understanding of Data Warehousing Dimensional Modeling Data Lake and Modern Data Platform architectures Strong knowledge of Azure AWS or GCP cloud platforms Ability to perform architecture reviews solution reviews and enforce development standards and best practices Experience leading technical teams mentoring Data Engineers and driving delivery across onshoreoffshore teams Strong understanding of data quality governance metadata and security principles Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY Experience with Python Shell Scripting Git CICD and release management practices Experience with Snowflake Cortex Snowpark and AIML integrations Exposure to Informatica MDM Data Catalog and Data Marketplace Exposure to Data Quality Data Observability and Master Data Management solutions Insurance or Financial Services domain experience Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders architects and leadership teams Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines High level of ownership accountability and customer focus Strong presentation documentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence technical decisions and drive engineering excellence Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities Escalation management and conflict resolution skills Experience managing global onshoreoffshore delivery teams Qualifying Questions 1Does the candidate have at least 10 years of handson experience with Informatica IDMCIICS including ETLELT development and implementation using CDI CAI CDQ Data Governance or Metadata Management 2Does the candidate have strong handson experience with Snowflake including data modeling performance tuning virtual warehouses streams tasks dynamic tables and enterprisescale data integration 3Does the candidate have experience leading Data Engineering teams performing solutionarchitecture reviews and managing onshoreoffshore delivery teams Need to productive by 03rd Aug 2026 without visa issues Skills: Mandatory Skills : IICS - IDMC
