IT System Administrator

• Install, configure, maintain, and support servers(Windows and Linux), network infrastructure, and related IT systems.
• Monitor system and network performance, security, and availability to ensure reliable business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, hardware, software, and user support issues.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN connectivity.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Support system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Maintain IT documentation and provide technical support to internal users.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Experience with network equipment, firewalls, security best practices, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery processes, virtualization technologies, and cloud services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with users at all levels.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, PowerShell, or other automation tools is a plus., * Are you authorized to work in the United States?
