Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role serves as a strategic partner to the business by transforming data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about data, skilled in business intelligence tools, and able to translate complex information into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes. This position plays a key role in advancing a data-driven culture by delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and analytics that enable informed decision-making., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance across reporting solutions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance enterprise analytics capabilities.

• Advanced experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial analysis.
• Experience building dashboards, data visualizations, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Strategy.
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft analytics ecosystem, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure, is preferred.
• Experience in finance, operations, corporate strategy, or similar business environments is highly desirable.
