Program Manager - Security & Information Security

Defining and managing the overall program governance, roadmap, and priorities Coordinating multiple security-related projects and managing dependencies Monitoring program performance (planning, budget, risks, quality) Driving stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and security teams Translating complex security and compliance topics into actionable decisions Supporting organizational change and adoption initiatives Reporting progress to senior management and steering committees

The program covers key domains such as: Security governance and policies Risk management and compliance Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security monitoring and incident management Asset and vulnerability management Business continuity and disaster recovery Security awareness and process improvements

Minimum 10 years of experience in program and project management Proven track record in complex transformation or compliance programs Strong experience in change management Experience coordinating multi-project environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Program Management (expert level) Change Management Project Management methodologies Understanding of security domains (NIS2, infrastructure, applications, networks, etc.) Knowledge of IT architecture (business, application, technical) Votre profil You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT If you are at least fluent in FR or NL , EN is a + You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
