Job description
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of QA Engineers
- Own and evolve the automation testing strategy
- Design and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC
- Drive automation maturity, CI/CD integration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong background in software test automation
- Commercial experience with Selenium or Playwright
- Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step into a Lead role)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Consultancy or client-facing software delivery experience would be advantageous
