Requirements

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Informatik, Data Engineering, Informationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3-5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen PLM, Stammdatenmanagement, Datenmigration oder Data Governance.
  • Technische Expertise: Praktische Erfahrung mit PLM-Systemen (insbesondere Teamcenter), CAD-Systemen (wie NX) sowie Datenmodellen (Stücklisten, Dokumenten etc.).
  • Projektleitung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektleitung (C- oder D-Level), um komplexe Themen zielgerichtet zu strukturieren und in greifbare Arbeitspakete zu übersetzen.
  • Arbeitsweise & Soft Skills: Eine agile, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Englischkenntnisse (Level 4/5) sowie gute Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch (mindestens Level 2/5).
