Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintaining and supporting business-critical applications.

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC and advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with privileged access management tools, such as BeyondTrust.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integrations.
• Experience with middleware and interface support concepts.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple support tasks efficiently in a production setting.
• Strong aptitude for customer service and collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Skilled in incident management, ticket tracking, and performing root cause analysis.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Detailed knowledge of change management and application lifecycle processes.
• Keen attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related; project management skills; experience in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
