Job description

  • Bearbeitung von Tickets, Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung im IT-Support
  • Unterstützung bei Installationen und Konfigurationen von Hard- und Software
  • Mitarbeit bei Software- und Hardware-Rollouts
  • Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten im M365-Umfeld

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support sowie Kenntnisse in Windows-Infrastrukturen (z. B. Windows 10/11, Server, Active Directory)
