Job description

Feature development - Building new functionalities that improve the Twizzit experience for clubs and users.
Platform maintenance - Keeping the system stable, fast, and reliable across all environments.
Bug fixing - Investigating issues, solving them efficiently, and preventing them from returning.
Code collaboration - Working closely with other developers, designers, and teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Technical optimisation - Improving performance, security, and scalability to support Twizzit’s growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3-5 years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in PHP + Symfony and Doctrine ORM
Proven experience with React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Comfortable with UI frameworks and component-based development
Solid understanding of Git, Agile/Scrum
Experience building and consuming APIs
Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Comfortable supporting customer service teams on a shared rota

Desirable

Knowledge of MongoDB
Experience with Docker and containerisation
Familiarity with microservices and state management libraries like Redux
Experience with unit testing (front-end and back-end)
Interest in software innovation and continuous improvement
