Pre-Sales Specialist - IT Security

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands | Reports to: Team Lead Presales IT Security | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Visa requirements: Valid working rights for the Netherlands | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English and Dutch, written and verbal We are looking to appoint a Pre-Sales Specialist with a focus on IT Security to work closely with our sales teams and customers, understanding business needs, shaping solution options, and supporting strategic opportunities across our core portfolio, including CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, Okta, and CyberArk. In this role, you will translate complex security requirements into practical, scalable software and services solutions that create value for customers and support business growth., * Partner with sales teams and customers to assess requirements, objectives, constraints, and opportunity size

• Design and recommend IT security solutions across strategic vendor portfolios
• Act as a trusted advisor by guiding customers through security challenges, emerging risks, and evolving market trends
• Develop clear, accurate, and commercially sound proposals, including licensing, services scope, pricing strategy, and relevant terms
• Support the sales cycle from discovery and solution design through proposal development, negotiation, and closure
• Create and maintain customer-facing solution materials, including presentations, case studies, and portfolio collateral

• Strong understanding of IT security solutions, vendor ecosystems, and customer security challenges
• Experience working with ISV solutions; knowledge of CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, Okta, or CyberArk is an advantage
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, support sales conversations, and build trusted relationships
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical recommendations and well-structured proposals
• Confident communication and collaboration skills across customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Awareness of security market trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving topics such as GenAI risk, Zero Trust, NIS2, and DORA
