Job description

  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Sicherstellung von IT-Compliance und IT-Sicherheit in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung des IT-Betriebs inklusive Server-, Client- und Netzwerkstrukturen sowie IT-Support
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des IT-Teams, inklusive Einsatzplanung, Schulungen und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
  • Digitalisierung und Optimierung administrativer Prozesse sowie Betreuung von Fachanwendungen, Lizenz- und Budgetmanagement

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Fachinformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Systemmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration sowie in der Leitung von IT-Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, Microsoft 365, IT-Sicherheit und DSGVO
  • Erfahrung mit Branchensoftware im Gesundheits- oder Pflegebereich von Vorteil
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
