Job description

We are looking someone to oversee our service desk, ensuring that we are providing an excellent quality service to our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an IT support role
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and interest in solving problems
  • Weapons-grade attention to detail, to spot things that are falling through the gaps operationally
  • Good communication skills
  • Politeness, courtesy and patience
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle

Desirable

  • Experience of the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms
  • An appreciation of geeky humour
