SAP FICO Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior SAP Finance professional to lead project delivery, mentor consultants, support presales activities, and work closely with clients on complex digital transformation programmes., As SAP FICO Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading SAP Finance and Controlling projects from discovery through to go-live, ensuring successful delivery and exceptional client outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in developing your team and supporting business developement activities., * Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration and go-live support.

• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants.
• Build strong client relationships and provide trusted SAP Finance expertise.
• Oversee project planning, delivery, resource management and risk mitigation.
• Support presales activities, including client workshops, demonstrations and solution proposals.
• Contribute to business growth through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.

You’ll be an experienced SAP Finance consultant with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions., * Experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.

• Strong SAP FI/CO and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) knowledge.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
• Excellent understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems.
• Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
