IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects. This role is ideal for an organized professional with strong communication and project coordination skills who enjoys working in a collaborative IT environment.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and assist with issue resolution.
• Schedule meetings and maintain project records.
• Help improve project processes and operational efficiency.

• Experience in IT project coordination, project administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
