You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our Plant Maintenance digital systems by steering delivery on various digital solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime as well as by leading alignment on requirements between the business and the digital team of technical and functional experts. Your key responsibilities: As our Lead Expert at Digital & Tech, Plant Maintenance your key responsibilities will include: Being an expert for all kind of Maintenance related functional aspects, organization, process, and digital solutions (including User Interface). Refining and discussing the business demand with digital experts, SMEs from the business and the Product Owner. Defining user requirements and translate them to functional requirements, and technical impact, steering and guiding the cross functional teams regarding development and implementation of digital solutions to improve Plant Maintenance and MRO (spare parts) processes and all related solution areas like: SAP PM/MRO, ABAP, Mendix, API/webMethods, Authorizations, MD, Integrations (PtP, FICO) etc. Determine high vs medium and low change track and ensure early involvement of solution architect and

needed expertise roles (GxP, security etc.) in case of high impact changes. Providing strategy and guidance to Digital Plant Maintenance team(s) to ensure systems are operating effectively. You bring: Degree in engineering or a related field. 15+ years of working experience in Plant Maintenance, ideally the digital side as well as the shopfloor. Knowledge and experience of Plant Maintenance digital systems and processes: CMMS and EAM, specifically SAP PM, MRO, and good understanding of integration with external software (e.g. Mendix platform, WebMethods, Unite-X etc.) Understanding of MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and complex Project Management. Experience in managing a team of technical & functional professionals, consultants and vendors as well as managing RFIs / RFPs. Experience of working in Agile environments and leading scrum teams. Excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, proactive and consulting mindset as well as transparency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility regarding mobility and traveling.
