Center Operations Specialist

1080 Learning Center is looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Center Operations Specialist to help keep our center running smoothly each day. This role supports our staff, families, and daily operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, enrollment, customer service, and general office responsibilities. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the center following daily procedures
• Welcome families and visitors while providing excellent customer service
• Answer phones, emails, and assist with general office tasks
• Support enrollment, and family communication
• Maintain child records and licensing documentation
• Help monitor daily operations and classroom needs
• Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
• Assist with special events and other center projects as needed

• Previous experience in childcare, customer service, office administration, or a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
