The Learning Experience - Upper West Side is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Business Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our early childhood education center. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current families while supporting enrollment, billing, office administration, and the daily operations of the school. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, organization, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily administrative operations of the center Welcome prospective and current families while providing exceptional customer service Support enrollment, tours, registration, and family onboarding Assist with tuition billing, payments, and administrative recordkeeping Answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain accurate student and employee records Coordinate office supplies, vendor communications, and administrative processes Partner with center leadership to support enrollment growth and family retention Ensure compliance with company policies and New York State licensing requirements, Join The Learning Experience - Upper West Side and help create an exceptional experience for children, families, and educators by supporting the daily operations of a thriving early childhood education center.
Requirements
Previous office administration or business management experience required Childcare, preschool, or early childhood education experience preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work the scheduled shift of 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
