Job description

We’re looking for a Network Technician who thrives on solving problems and making an impact-not just clocking in from 8-5. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in Atlanta (Northside Pkwy NW, 30327), where you’ll become a trusted technology partner while also gaining exposure to Yuma’s wider client base.

At Yuma, we’re proud to be a stable, people-first company-many of our team members have been with us for 10+ years. We’re searching for someone who wants to contribute, grow, and be part of that long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the day-to-day technology environment for a dedicated client
  • Solve issues across networks, servers, and desktops with a focus on root-cause resolution, not quick fixes
  • Support a wide range of software, including industry-specific tools
  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure that scales with client needs
  • Partner with Yuma’s management team to apply proven practices while contributing your own expertise
  • Document and improve processes so the team and clients benefit from your work

Requirements

  • MSP experience - REQUIRED
  • Microsoft Certifications - PREFERRED
  • 5+ years in networking, IT, or related fields
  • Solid background in Microsoft 365, networking, and systems administration
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols
  • A natural problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Someone who can balance autonomy with collaboration, and who takes ownership of outcomes
  • Clear, professional communication skills with clients and team members

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be more than “support”-someone who takes pride in solving problems, shaping solutions, and building lasting client relationships., * MSP: 2 years (Required)

  • IT / Networking / Tech Support: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)
