Job description
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
- Assist with Intune device management, including enrollments, policies, compliance, and application deployments.
- Configure, maintain, and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related infrastructure.
- Handle PC installations, imaging, and deployments using tools such as MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) and other deployment solutions.
- Work with network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi solutions such as UniFi and similar platforms).
- Assist with backup solutions (on-prem and cloud) and ensure data integrity across client systems.
- Support line-of-business applications, including EMR/EHR (healthcare), QuickBooks, and other industry-specific tools.
- Troubleshoot and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, copiers, and medical devices (EKG machines, ultrasound systems, etc.).
- Provide on-site and remote support for clients, ensuring quick turnaround on tickets.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed in company systems (ticketing, asset management, client records).
- Assist with network cabling, rack organization, and hardware installations as needed.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on larger projects such as server migrations, cloud transitions, cybersecurity implementations, and system upgrades.
- Monitor and respond to alerts from RMM and EDR tools (Syncro, Ninja, SentinelOne, Guardz, Huntress, etc.).
- Maintain client satisfaction by following up on open issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements
Full Circle MSP is seeking an experienced and motivated Level 2 Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle a wide variety of IT tasks across multiple client environments. This role requires hands-on support, remote troubleshooting, project deployments, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service., * 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune administration.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls)
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices, patching, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (PCs, networking gear, UPS units, etc.).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable personal transportation for traveling to client sites.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation when required.

Pay: $23.52 - $30.00 per hour
