Bilingual IT Support Specialist | Entry Level

Help people solve their computer problems! We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) tech-savvy customer service professionals to provide inbound IT support and troubleshooting assistance., * Basic IT knowledge and skills (REQUIRED)

• Computer troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Patience with frustrated customers
• Problem-solving abilities
• Customer service experience

Technical Skills Needed

• Windows/Mac operating systems
• Basic software troubleshooting
• Internet connectivity issues
• Email configuration
• Password resets
• Basic hardware knowledge
• Ability to explain tech concepts simply, * Have you ever worked with Etech, any of its affiliates, or outsourced agencies in a full-time, part-time, seasonal or temporary role assigned to Etech?
• Have you ever been on probation or received deferred adjudication for any misdemeanor or felony within the last 5 years?
• Have you ever been convicted of misdemeanor or felony within the last 5 years?

• High school or equivalent (Required)
