Job description

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, user accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, Microsoft 365 Groups, and collaboration resources.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services following security and operational best practices.
  • Monitor Microsoft service health and coordinate issue resolution.

Identity & Access Management

  • Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across enterprise systems.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, and identity security.
  • Manage security groups, role assignments, and least-privilege access.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, contractor access, and identity lifecycle management.

Endpoint & Device Management

  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and retire laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, docking stations, webcams, and other enterprise technology.
  • Maintain endpoint compliance, software deployment, operating system updates, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
  • Maintain accurate hardware, software, and asset inventories.
  • Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Collaboration & Productivity Platforms

  • Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams Rooms, and collaboration technologies.
  • Configure permissions, external sharing, document libraries, and collaboration settings.
  • Support business units with collaboration platform design, governance, and best practices.
  • Assist with Microsoft Copilot adoption and user enablement.

Network & Connectivity Support

  • Support wired and wireless networking, VPN connectivity, internet services, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Support conference room technology, video conferencing systems, displays, cameras, speakers, and meeting room equipment.

End User Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support across C2 Labs and PSI.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, desktop applications, mobile devices, collaboration platforms, and office technology.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, email delivery, calendars, Teams meetings, Microsoft Office applications, and end-user devices.
  • Coordinate workstation deployments, software installations, hardware replacements, and equipment upgrades.
  • Maintain ownership of support requests through successful resolution while delivering exceptional customer service.

Security & Compliance Support

  • Support implementation and maintenance of Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender, identity protection, MFA, Conditional Access, and Secure Score.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives aligned with CMMC, NIST, FedRAMP, and internal security policies.
  • Assist with security audits, evidence collection, vulnerability remediation, remediation tracking, and compliance activities.
  • Support backup verification, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity activities.

Documentation & Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, runbooks, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain accurate records within the IT service management platform.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate new Microsoft technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities that improve productivity and security.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop applications, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, docking stations, webcams, conference room technology, and other end-user devices.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook, email delivery, shared mailboxes, calendars, Teams meetings, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting wired and wireless networking, VPN connectivity, internet access, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender, Multifactor Authentica
