  • You analyze and specify customer requirements for electronic software solutions used in Smart Leveling Systems.
  • You define and develop an AUTOSAR-based software architecture, create embedded software in C (e.g., Complex Device Drivers), and ensure seamless integration.
  • You define and own the interfaces between hardware and software components, including their configuration.
  • You drive the setup and continuous enhancement of the software development environment (toolchains, build processes, CI/CD), support the automation of build, integration, and release processes, and promote model-based development practices.
  • You manage external development partners for embedded software projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • You further develop our embedded systems strategy and actively drive process improvements as well as technology roadmaps.

  • Strong expertise in requirements engineering and the design of system and software architectures.
  • In-depth understanding of AUTOSAR architectures and toolchains.
  • Solid programming skills in Embedded C and microcontroller development.
  • Experience in software integration, software testing, as well as test and project management (ideally using Jira).
  • Experience with model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink, Embedded Coder) and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, XCP, UDS).
  • Proficiency with common development tools such as Polarion, CANape, and GitHub/SVN for version control.
  • Knowledge of relevant automotive standards and development processes, including AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262.
  • Structured and analytical way of working, combined with excellent communication skills (English at C1 level or higher; German ideally at B2 level or higher).
