The STEP Country Deployment - LabVantage - LabVantage is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership in the deployment and optimisation of LabVantage in the context of STEP. The incumbent oversees cross-functional teams, manages key vendor relationships, and ensures that LabVantage is deployed on according to the STEP country deployment roadmap closely aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and industry best practices., The STEP Country Deployment - LabVantage - LabVantage is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership in the deployment and optimisation of LabVantage in the context of STEP. The incumbent oversees cross-functional teams, manages key vendor relationships, and ensures that LabVantage is deployed on according to the STEP country deployment roadmap closely aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives and industry best practices. Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation and deployment lifecycle for LabVantage & Scitara in alignment with STEP timelines and the country deployment plan, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and hypercare support and technology governance.
• Lead and manage the governance and operational activities for LabVantage and Scitara across multiple regions and departments.
• Direct and inspire a team to consistently deliver high-quality services and technical support for LabVantage and Scitara.
• Oversee the integration and continuous optimisation of LabVantage and Scitara to enhance business processes, drive operational efficiency, and support digital transformation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with LabVantage & Scitara to ensure delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions and services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the Laboratory and technology landscape.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, keeping abreast of technological advancements to support ongoing organisational growth.

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery and/or application management or IT services within a multinational organization. Key skills include strategic planning, financial acumen, and team leadership.
• GxP and CSV proven methodology knowledge
• Experience as a LIMS Deployment lead in Pharma Industry in several manufacturing sites (roll-outs).
• LIMS Integration with other systems experience in Pharma Industry (SAP, Veeva, etc)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data and system requirements.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation.
• Experience in managing global projects and working in diverse cultural environments.
• Proficiency in using advanced software tools and platforms relevant to the job.

• Experience with ITIL frameworks and other service management methodologies. Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Business Administration, or related field; (Master’s degree is preferred)
• Expert knowledge and experience in key Laboratory products (e.g. LabVantage LIMS; Scitara or Other LIMS) and in the implementation and operations of those.
• Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) is a plus.
• Certification in Laboratory products is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; Certification is a plus
• Fluent in English
