About the Role We are looking for a Veeva Vault CRM / Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of CRM solutions for life sciences clients. Key Responsibilities Life Sciences CRM Implementation & Support Support implementation of Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Assist with page layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports Help with preparation and loading of setup data, historical data and prepare environment setup. Support testing activities including preparation of UAT scripts and support clients for execution. Business & Team Collaboration Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements Participate in client workshops and internal project meetings Work closely with more senior consultants to translate requirements into solutions Provide end-user support and prepare basic training materials. Execute Train the Trainer or End user trainings remotely or onsite. Compliance & Quality Assist with documentation such as configuration specs and test scripts Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and audit standards Follow life sciences compliance, country specific regulations and validation guidelines (when necessary)
Requirements
Experience & Skills 2-4 years of experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce solutions. Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration. Basic understanding of Vault configuration. Previous experience or Interest in life sciences (pharma, biotech, medical devices) Familiarity with Agile or project-based delivery Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Soft Skills Willingness to learn and take guidance Eager to jump out of comfort zone Strong communication and documentation skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a team-oriented consulting environment Nice to Have (Not Required) Salesforce Administrator or Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault CRM fundamentals certification Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Salesforce Agentforce certification or experience are important plus. Internship or project experience in life sciences or CRM systems Exposure to validation documentation or regulated environments
