Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team supporting American Express in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing scalable Salesforce solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment., * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.

Build custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, and Salesforce automation.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
