Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a large-scale healthcare technology initiative for a leading public healthcare organization. This role will focus on developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions that improve patient services, operational efficiency, and user experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on user stories and business requirements.
  • Build and enhance applications using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and related technologies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and execute unit tests and support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create test cases based on acceptance criteria and ensure proper documentation of all development activities.
  • Present completed functionality during sprint demonstrations and collaborate with Product Owners for approval.
  • Deploy solutions across Development, QA, and UAT environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution of defects.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality code standards, documentation, and deployment practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User-facing feature development?, * 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong experience with:
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Apex Classes and Triggers
  • SOQL and SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows
  • REST/SOAP Integrations
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployments and release management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
  • Experience in healthcare or public sector environments.
  • Experience with Copado, Gearset, Git, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce DX.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Omni-Channel and Experience Cloud portals., * A developer who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Someone who is passionate about building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
