Job description

  • Configuring GrayMatter software and hardware for client needs - specific focus on MES applications
  • Designing, developing and implementing solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Consulting with and training end users on new applications
  • Assisting in project development and planning
  • Performing onsite pilots, discovery, testing, commissioning and go-lives, and demos
  • Providing technical assistance to the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable Engineering field (Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or comparable preferred)
  • Experience with industrial application programming languages (VBA, Python, Java Script, etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with MES applications (TrackSYS, Plant Applications, Sepasoft, Production Center, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL development
  • Experience with REST API integration
  • Experience with Velotic (GE) Proficy Plant Applications software is a plus
  • Excellent level of general computer technology knowledge of MS Office to TCP/IP configurations and more.
  • Acute attention to detail and process
  • Strong ability to solve problems and research solutions
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Willing and able to travel
