About the company
We are a publicly traded, vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns the full stack from power generation to GPU compute. While many in the space lease their infrastructure, we own our data centers, power assets, and bare-metal GPU platforms outright, giving us a cost and speed advantage that is hard to replicate at scale. We are expanding across multiple US markets and are an NVIDIA partner with next-generation hardware commitments already in place. We are building the physical layer that the next decade of AI will run on.
