Job Title: Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 5-8 years of experience who can transform complex data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, BI tools, and data visualization, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams., * Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Analyze business trends, customer behavior, and operational performance.
• Generate actionable insights and present findings to business stakeholders.
• Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Create automated reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on data initiatives.
• Ensure data governance, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
• Document analytical processes, reports, and data definitions.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL
