Job description

Join our team as a Python Developer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on a contractual basis. This role involves developing and supporting applications related to financial trading and risk management, utilizing advanced programming and design skills. The position offers a hybrid work model in the Charlotte, NC or New York, NY region., Analyze and develop applications for trading platforms. Build and support remote risk management solutions for diverse asset classes. Develop analytics and pricing components for financial accounting platforms. Collaborate with multiple teams to design and develop applications.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Python programming. Experience with design and architectural patterns. Knowledge of financial instruments such as bonds, swaps, and FX products. Understanding of risk and profit/loss generation for financial instruments. Experience with modern technologies like API management and microservices.
