Requirements

This role requires a high-level technical specialist capable of independently analyzing ambiguous conversion issues, designing Windows specific solutions, and providing expert level troubleshooting support to the R&P modernization team.

Candidates should also be comfortable working with PowerShell or similar scripting tools to support automation and orchestration of SAS processes (preferred but not required).

Cisco platforms and technologies, including IOS/IOS-XE, Catalyst series, DNA Center, Identity Services Engine (ISE), TACACS+, spanning tree, VLANs, Qo

Installation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, firewall platforms, wireless controllers and access points

Experience Implementing and supporting advanced routing, VPN technologies, port channels, and first-hop redundancy

Experience terminating copper and fiber cabling, validating cabling with testers/light meters, and managing rack infrastructure

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred

Knowledge in productivity and documentation tools (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint) for diagrams, procedures, and asset documentation
