Job description

Join a high-impact data platform initiative focused on building a modern enterprise data portal that gives users a single, intuitive way to access trusted data across the organization.

This team is developing a secure, scalable platform that brings together siloed data, improves visibility, supports better decision making, and helps drive innovation in a highly regulated environment. The data portal will serve as the user facing layer on top of a broader data hub, giving stakeholders a cleaner and more effective way to interact with critical business and operational data.

This is a hands on engineering role for developers who enjoy building, shipping, and solving complex technical problems. The platform is still evolving, so this is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working across the stack, contributing to product direction, and helping accelerate delivery on a meaningful greenfield build. What You’ll Do

Build and enhance a modern data portal used as the primary interface for an enterprise data platform.

Develop front end features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Build back end services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

Work with PostgreSQL to support application data needs.

Partner with platform engineering, data engineering, and data governance teams.

Contribute to design discussions, technical problem solving, pseudo code, and implementation decisions.

Help improve user experience, platform scalability, and overall development velocity.

Work in a cloud based environment, with preference for Google Cloud Platform experience. Core Technical Stack

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior, hands on full stack developer who can move comfortably between front end and back end work. This is not a management role and is not a pure architecture role. The team needs someone who enjoys writing code, working through technical problems, and contributing directly to product delivery.

Strong candidates will bring 5 to 8 years of software development experience, strong proficiency across modern full stack development, and experience building production grade applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, Python based APIs, relational databases, and cloud services.

This role is a strong match for someone who can work independently, collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and contribute in an environment where the product is actively being shaped. Preferred Experience

Experience with Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with AWS or Azure using comparable cloud services.

Experience in healthcare, finance, government, or another regulated environment.

Exposure to data platforms, data engineering, or data governance.

Healthcare data experience.

Epic, HL7, or API integration exposure.

Portfolio, code samples, or examples of prior development work. Work Authorization and Engagement Type

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.

This role is available for W2 employment only. Corp to corp, 1099, subcontractor, and third party employer arrangements are not available for this opening.

Benefits & conditions

All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire. Equal Employment Opportunity

Qualified candidates will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Pay Rate: $70 - $80 per hour
