Job description
- Develop and maintain complex software systems, including embedded systems.
- Perform algorithm development, requirements analysis, software testing, and database engineering.
- Manage data flows and lead software development teams.
- Utilize Java, Map Reduce, and Cloud repository/Big Data technologies., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications.
- Design, code, debug, and modify new or existing software to add features or correct defects.
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
- Develop and implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
- Provide specific input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration.
- Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and resolve problem reports.
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases and design complex database interfaces.
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
- Serve as a team lead, overseeing software development teams and ensuring project completion.
- Perform quality control on team products and coordinate software system installation.
