Job description

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development.
Conduct comprehensive software design, testing, and requirements analysis.
Perform database engineering and manipulate extremely large data sets.
Lead software development teams and collaborate effectively with system and hardware engineers.
Utilize key technologies such as Java, AWS, Confluence, JIRA, Gitlab, and NiFi., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
Design, code, and modify software to add new features, correct defects, and improve performance.
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems and operating environments.
Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components; review and test software for adherence to design.
Provide specific input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and requirements analysis.
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance, data usage, and investigating problem areas.
Serve as a team lead, overseeing software development teams and ensuring adherence to process constraints.
Design and implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries.
Confer with system and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and understand project limitations.
Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning.
Implement recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
