Job description

NVP Warranty is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst to support accounting systems operations and sales analysis reporting. This entry level role partners with the Administrative & Payroll Manager to maintain and improve accounting software, manage the invoicing systems platform, and deliver accurate reports that support business decisions.

This position is ON-SITE. Reporting daily to office is required., * Review existing accounting software systems for improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Support, maintain, and optimize accounting and ERP/reporting systems
  • Develop, automate, and enhance financial and operational reports and analytics
  • Conduct weekly invoicing and updating of invoicing software
  • Prepare month-end sales reporting and quarterly analytic reports
  • Additional duties as requested

Requirements

  • Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of IT systems analysis and integration design implementation preferred
  • Experience with ERP connections/accounting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or similar
  • Power BI, Azure, SQL database, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
