Job description

NVP Warranty is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst to support accounting systems operations and sales analysis reporting. This entry level role partners with the Administrative & Payroll Manager to maintain and improve accounting software, manage the invoicing systems platform, and deliver accurate reports that support business decisions.

This position is ON-SITE. Reporting daily to office is required., * Review existing accounting software systems for improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Support, maintain, and optimize accounting and ERP/reporting systems
Develop, automate, and enhance financial and operational reports and analytics
Conduct weekly invoicing and updating of invoicing software
Prepare month-end sales reporting and quarterly analytic reports
Additional duties as requested

Requirements

Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of IT systems analysis and integration design implementation preferred
Experience with ERP connections/accounting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or similar
Power BI, Azure, SQL database, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
