Systems Administrator

Minerva is looking for a Systems Administrator to become part of the backbone of our technology infrastructure. Your expertise will support system stability, security, and performance, enabling our teams to innovate and succeed.

Primary Duties

• Provide basic help desk functions
• Create users, reset passwords, and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Provide support at the Dayton, OH work site to onboard users into classified regions 60% or more of work hours
• Provide responsive support to customers via phone, teams, and email 100% of work hours

• Top Secret / SCI Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
• 1 or more years of relevant systems administrator experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CompTIA Security + Certification (or equivalent)
• Ability to work well solo and onsite in a classified environment
• Basic Windows Administration
• Basic Linux Administration
• Basic understanding of Cloud and Virtualization concepts

Desired Qualifications

• User Administration via Active Directory, Keycloak, Local Accounts, IAM Permissions and Roles
• Understanding of RBAC and ABAC concepts, * High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Top-Secret / SCI Clearance (Required)
• CompTIA Security + Certification (or equivalent) (Required)
